Dolpix (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our platform and services.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, upload documents, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, billing information, and the content of documents you upload to the platform. We also collect usage data automatically — such as pages visited, features used, query counts, and performance telemetry — to operate and improve the service.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Dolpix platform; to process payments and manage your subscription; to send transactional emails such as account confirmations and invoices; to respond to support requests; and to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dolpix, our users, or others.
We retain your account information and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we remove personal data from our live systems within 30 days, subject to obligations to retain certain records for tax, legal, or audit purposes. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we continuously work to minimise risk.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Dolpix platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
