Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Dolpix platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dolpix (operated by Shoum).
By creating a Dolpix account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dolpix.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use Dolpix to upload, store, or process content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform, circumvent rate limits, or use the service to train competing AI models. We may suspend access without notice if we detect a violation of this policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a refund policy. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your account after a grace period of 7 days.
Dolpix and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Dolpix a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information retrieved or generated by the platform before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolpix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will make your data available for export for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
